Welcome to the fifth episode of the Come Back to Care podcast, and happiest 2022 to you and your families chosen or otherwise.

Well, I truly respect your discomfort and your humanity. That's why shame isn't the focus of what we're talking about today. 

My goal is to invite you to be in this discomfort together with me long enough to see what we can learn from this emotionally charged topic of performative allyship to learn some lessons together and keep practicing social justice, especially through our daily parenting.
