  • Exploring our fear of losing something that keep us protected but stuck in place.

  • Is it fear of losing Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, or Fairness (SCARF) that keeps you from making changes to meet your goal?

  • Facing your fear with compassion and accountability. Writing your own parenting playbook and living your values in a community that supports you.
